Description
For the molds of rollers designed and produced by our company from the material forging, rough processing, heat treatment to finishing, including the vacuum furnace heat treatment equipment and technology, are used as a whole process. Product Details:
The main products of our company include welding pipe roll die and cold roll forming die.Based on the demand of customers,our company undertakes various round pipe,cold roll formed,round-square,directly square,double curved surface straightening roll and double involute die,etc. with materials of GCr15, cR12, Cr12MoV, SKD11, D2, Cr12Mo1V1, 3Cr2W8V, H13, 9Cr2Mo, and wear resistant RE high chrome cast iron.
Round pipe die covers various sizes of dia 8-711mm,and the side of square pipe die can be as long as 600mm.
U-shaped die can be 630×432×6,while U-shaped,T-shaped,Z-shaped and V-shaped steel piles can also be made.
Our company also designs and manufactures abnormally shaped dies of shapes according to customers' requirements.
