Test sequence of helical welded pipe unit LH-400

6. Process operation and instructions:
6.1 Process description of spiral welded pipe Unit LH-400:
Winding up → unwinding → primer leveling → Manual vertical roller → shear butt welding → manual vertical roller → Delivery → Prebending guide plate → Forming → external welding → Output → cutting → pulling out
6.2 Operation Instructions:
The strip coil is hoisted on the lifting frame of the winding trolley by the crane, and the hook is removed. The trolley moves horizontally and sends the strip coil to the cone head of the uncoiler. The oil cylinder of the cone head of the uncoiler tightened the steel coil. The trolley lift is lowered back to its original position. After tightening the strip coil. Press the roller on the upper part of the strip steel coil, do not make the steel coil loose. The cone head and the press roller rotate simultaneously (point). Turn the head of the strip coil to the unwinding position. The spatula of the priming device extends. Cone head and press roll rotation, the strip coil tongue smoothly into the clip feed primer leveling machine. (The pressure of the leveling roller is adjusted in advance according to the thickness of the plate) The clutch of the uncoiler is released, the micro-brake is adjusted, and the press roller is lifted. Shear head and tail butt welding. When the butt welding trolley is in the retracted position of the oil cylinder, the tail should be cut. When the trolley is extended 700mm, the head should be cut. The conveyor will send the butt welded strip to the molding machine through the prebending guide plate, and the formed steel pipe will be welded outside, output through the output bracket on the rear axle and the roller, cut into a fixed size, and then pulled out by the material dispensing device.

We provide 24-hour online service for our customers.
(1) The seller will test the machines freely in China, and the traffic expense in
China of the technique people will be paid by the seller. When our engineer goes to the buyer's place to test the machines, the buyer should pay the expense of accommodation, and traffic for the buyer's engineer.
(2) If the buyer sends people to receive the training of the operation given by the seller, during the training period, the seller should pay the expense of accommodation, and traffic for the buyer's engineer, as well as daily salary of USD 150.
