Horizontal Spiral Steel Coil Strip Accumulator

It is used to store a certain amount of steel strips. It provides the time of shearing and butt welding for the first coil strip tail and the last coil strip head to ensure the smooth operation of the whole production line. It is one of the main equipment for the modern high frequency straight seam welded pipe production line and the cold formed steel production line.



The accumulator in the pipe making Technical flow:
Steel coil → Double head uncoiler → Shear and welding → Accumulator → Forming section → H.F. induction welding → Deburr frame → Cooling unit → Sizing unit and straightener → Flying saw under computer control → Run out table → Inspecting → Packing → Warehouse
