HG50 welded pipe unit is a special equipment for the production of straight seam welded pipe and cold-formed steel in metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery, vehicle and other industries. The process flow of HG50 welded pipe production line is: feeding and unwinding → straight head → clamping and leveling → cutting and butt welding → lofting material storage → forming → welding → removing outer burr → cooling → sizing → fixed size flying saw (cutting) → roller table → blanking (packing) → finished products warehousing

 

What is the production process of HG50 welded pipe unit?

 

Straight welded pipe production process is simple, high production efficiency, low cost, rapid development. The strength of spiral welded pipe is generally higher than that of straight welded pipe, and the welded pipe with larger diameter can be produced with narrower billet, and the welded pipe with different diameter can also be produced with the same width billet. But compared with the same length of straight seam pipe, the weld length is increased by 30~100%, and the production speed is lower.

 

Therefore, the welded pipe of small caliber mostly adopts straight seam welding, and the welded pipe of large caliber mostly adopts spiral welding.

 

1. Welded steel pipe for low pressure fluid transportation (GB/T3092-1993), also known as the general welded pipe, commonly known as black pipe. It is a welded steel pipe used for conveying water, gas, air, oil and heating steam and other general low pressure fluids and other purposes. The wall thickness of steel pipe is divided into ordinary steel pipe and thickened steel pipe. The pipe end is divided into two forms: steel pipe without screw (light pipe) and steel pipe with screw. General spiral seam submerged arc welded steel pipe (SY5037-83) for low-pressure fluid transportation is made of hot-rolled steel strip coil as tube billet, often warm spiral forming, using double-sided automatic submerged arc welding or single-side welding method for water, gas, air and steam and other general low-pressure fluid transportation submerged arc welded steel pipe.

 

8. General low pressure fluid transport spiral joint high frequency welded steel pipe (SY5039-83) is made of hot rolled steel strip coil as tube billet, often temperature spiral forming, the high frequency lap welding method is used for general low pressure fluid transport spiral joint high frequency welded steel pipe.

 

9. Pile helical weld steel pipe (SY5040-83) is made of hot-rolled steel strip coil as pipe billet, often warm spiral forming, and made of double-sided submerged arc welding or high-frequency welding. 1. What's your warranty?
Two years, during which all parts damaged because of the quality problem will be changed for free, but not include damage caused by natural disaster or inappropriate operation or human factor.
