Helical Welded Pipe Unit LH-1400 Maintenance and Operation Guidelines

I. Maintenance and Lubrication:

1.1 Importance of Lubrication:

Proper lubrication is crucial for maintaining the performance and lifespan of the LH-1400 helical welded pipe unit. Different parts require different lubrication methods, including thin oil and dry oil systems.

1.1.1 Thin Oil Lubrication System:

• Applicable Components: Uncoiling machine, clip leveling machine, delivery machine, and reducer oil pools.

• Oil Type: Use HJ-28 rolling oil or SY1127-77S200 industrial gear oil.

• Schedule:

  • Check and replenish oil once a month.
  • Replace oil every six months.

• Adjustment Parts: Lubricate all adjustment points (except the oil cup filling dry oil) once per shift using HJ-50S mechanical oil.

1.1.2 Reducer Maintenance:

• Focus on the worm gear body.
• Ensure the oil level does not exceed 2/3 of the oil mark.

1.1.3 Running Temperature Monitoring:

• Regularly check the shaft seat temperature during operation.
• It should generally not exceed 40°C.
• Inspect transmission parts regularly and resolve issues promptly.

1.1.4 Seal Maintenance:

• Replace seals frequently to prevent oil leakage and maintain efficiency.

1.1.5 Shift-End Cleaning:

• Before shift changes:
  • Wipe equipment clean of dust, sand, and oxide skin.
  • Maintain cleanliness and record shift change notes.

1.1.6 Inspection Cycles:

• Minor Repairs: Once per quarter.
• Medium Repairs: Once per year.
• Major Repairs: Once every two years.
• Adjust inspection cycles based on usage, shifts, and load conditions.

 

II. Operator Guidelines:

2.1 Training Requirements:

• Operators must undergo special training and knowledge education before handling the equipment.
• Only trained personnel are authorized to operate the unit.

2.2 Safety Procedures:

• 2.2.1 Do not touch the moving strip with your hands.
