The specific butt welding process is:
1. After the plate coil is well positioned, the left and right cone head of the uncoiler can be inserted into the steel coil and rotate at the same time, and the lead is sent to the clamping roller. The clamping roller is pressed up and down, and the steel coil trolley and magnetic roller can be returned to the original position.
2. In order to make the spring steel belt run accurately, the whole axial movement of the uncoiler can be + 150mm before operation. After starting the uncoiler, the strip reaches the straightener equipped with the dust removal device through the clip feed roller.
3. The head and tail of the straightened spring steel strip are cut by sliding hydraulic shear (the cut head can slide into the waste bin immediately, and the cut tail can be collected in the special aggregate bin outside the line by the output device).
