The spiral welded pipe equipment is to roll the low carbon structural steel or low alloy structural steel strip into a tube blank according to a certain helix Angle (called forming Angle), and then the pipe seam welded. It can produce large diameter steel pipe with narrow strip steel. The specifications are expressed by outer diameter * wall thickness. The welded pipe should meet the requirements of hydraulic test, tensile strength and cold bending performance of the weld.

I. Working principle of control system
1.1 System Composition:
The system is composed of feeding machine, uncoiling machine, leveling machine, butt welding machine, delivery machine, molding machine, external welding machine, cutting machine, hydraulic system, front axle and rear axle and other equipment. Their electrical control is done by two consoles and four operating boxes. OT1 controls the swing of the feeder, uncoiler, leveler, main oil pump and front axle. OT2 controls the delivery machine, the delivery pump and the main oil pump. OC1 controls the butt welder, OC2 controls the swing of the molding machine and rear axle, OC3 controls the external welder, and OC4 controls the cutting machine. The system has 5 sets of hydraulic valve stations, 2 sets of hydraulic stations, 7 sets of motors.
1.2 Control system Features:
This system is equipped with various electrical interlocks to ensure the realization of equipment operation process. The transmitter and external welding device are interlocked, only when the transmitter is working forward, the external welder is allowed to ignite welding, and when the transmitter stops, the welding machine will stop automatically. The emergency stop button of the delivery machine is arranged on each console (box), so that the delivery machine can be easily stopped when the equipment is abnormal or accidents occur at any part of the unit. The unwinding clutch and unwinding brake are divided into linkage and manual operation modes. Manual is usually used in the test run, and it is in the linkage state when working normally. When the uncoiling motor works, the clutch draws, the motor stops, the clutch automatically disconnects. When the uncoiler, press roller, leveler and delivery machine is working, the brake will open automatically, and when the machine stops, the brake will brake automatically. The operation time of the above equipment is controlled by four delay relays.
