The machine process
Uncoiling → Shearing and welding →accumulator → Forming → Welding → Cooling → Sizing → computer flying saw→ run out table

2.Automatic shear butt welder: Shearing the irregular part of the strip head, and then the tail of the previous roll is docked with the head of the next roll
3.Accumulator: Store steel strips to ensure that the unit can work
4.Forming and sizing machine:Extrude the steel strip into the required shape and complete the weld.
5.Welder: Welded steel pipe
6.Cutting saw: It automatically and accurately cuts pipes of various shapes at high speed.this machine has the characteristics of good synchronization performance, reliable mechanical transmission, and high precision.
